Terms of Service

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure: anything done while signed in counts as you. One account per person, please.

3. Coins and scores are just for fun

Coins, wins, streaks and leaderboard places are virtual. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, traded or withdrawn, and aren't your property. We may adjust balances to fix bugs or undo cheating, and we may reset them if the game changes.

4. Play fair

Don't:

• use bots, scripts or automation to play;
• exploit bugs, tamper with requests, or try to break the game or its servers;
• pick a display name that is offensive, hateful, impersonates someone, or contains personal information.

We may rename, reset or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Ads

After a lost case you may be asked to watch a short ad before the next one. Ads come from third-party networks, and we aren't responsible for their content.

6. Not legal advice

It's a game about lawyers, not a lawyer. Nothing in Lawmaxxer is legal, financial or professional advice.

7. The game is provided as is

We work to keep Lawmaxxer running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using it. We may change or end the game at any time.

8. Ending your account

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and contact
